Total toothlessness – ALL ON 6 i ALL ON 4

CONDITION – Lack of teeth in both jaws, the remaining teeth were indicated as functionally unsuitable and needed to be extracted. We decided to prepare ALL ON 6 solution for the upper jaw and to save lower teeth, along with two implants placed on sided in the lower jaw. Crowns were made for the remaining teeth in the lower jaw.

TREATMENT – Placing of 10 implants (Implant Direct Legacy) in both jaws, as well as a temporary screwed in restoration, after which metal-free ceramic crowns are placed, adding pink porcelain to shorten the length of teeth.

PROCEDURE – 10 visits within five months.

CONDITION – The patient was missing half of her teeth and the remaining teeth couldn’t be used for crowns or bridges. The patient eagerly accepted ALL ON 6 work as a solution for her condition.
TREATMENT – Placement of 12 implants, with the accompanying temporary work, also fitted on screws. Three months later, definite titanium-ceramic prosthetic is made, and screwed to implants. The ceramics is in Bleach 3 color.

TREATMENT DURATION – 10 visits in 5 months.

It was decided to go for All-on-6 restoration in the upper jaw, and to recover the lower jaw front teeth, placing two implants each in both rear regions of the lower jaw. In the second stage, crowns on implants were to be placed on the lower jaw front teeth.

TREATMENT – Placement of six implants in the lower jaw and creation of temporary acrylic provisional teeth. Later production of full ceramic denture. Gums in the uppred jaw are shortened (red line), to eliminate the gummy smile condition. The new gum line is higher (blue line), with all ceramic crowns for the lower teeth.

Since the bone in side sections of the jaw was too weak, it was impossible to use ALL ON 6 solution, so we opted for ALL ON 4. That way, the patient still receives 12 crowns per jaw, but implants are placed under a steep angle, with 4 instead of 6 implants in each jaw. The patient had temporary plastic denture in the first phase, with smaller number of teeth than in the definite work, which has a total of 24 crowns.
TREATMENT – Placement of 8 implants (Implant Direct Legacy), with the accompanying temporary work, also fitted on screws. Pink ceramics is added in the upper parts of the crowns, to make them appear more like natural teeth.
TREATMENT DURATION – 10 visits in 5 months.
