Many patients find it difficult to set aside the time and money to travel to Belgrade just for an examination, which is why we have introduced online dental examinations. Unlike examinations at the clinic, an online dental examination is free of charge and can be completed without waiting. Patients who undergo an online examination can immediately schedule an appointment, and completing the initial examination online also shortens their stay in Belgrade, as the procedure can begin as soon as they arrive at the clinic. Patients from abroad are increasingly opting for online dental examinations, recognizing that it greatly facilitates further cooperation for both the patient and the medical team.
You can send your photos for the online examination via WhatsApp or Viber. Before sending the images, please briefly introduce yourself and describe your dental issue in 1–2 sentences.

The first two photos should show the chewing surfaces of your teeth — that is, the bottom surfaces of your upper teeth and the top surfaces of your lower teeth. To photograph the lower jaw, hold the phone at nose level; to photograph the upper jaw, hold the phone at chin level.
The next two photos should be taken from semi-side angles, in the most natural position when your jaws are closed together. The final photo should show your natural bite from the front, even if your teeth overlap, as is the case with many patients.
To take proper photos, use the main camera of your phone at maximum resolution. Do not use the selfie or macro camera. It is easiest if someone else takes the photos for you. Use natural light, avoid using a flash, and watch out for shadows.
When sending the photos, it is recommended to send them at maximum resolution. WhatsApp is preferred over Viber because it does not reduce image quality.
For the online examination, it is recommended — though not mandatory — to also send a panoramic x-ray (orthopantomogram) along with your photos. If you are unable to take a panoramic x-ray in your home country, you will be able to do so upon arrival in Serbia. If you have the x-ray taken abroad, it is important that the image clearly shows the roots of the teeth.
Please send the x-ray file directly through WhatsApp/Viber as a file attachment. Do not take a photo of a printed x-ray and send it, as important details may not be visible that way.
Within just a few days — usually within 48 hours — you will receive our general assessment of your dental health, along with a professional opinion on the best course of treatment for your situation. In some cases, we may be able to offer two different treatment options. Each treatment proposal will be accompanied by a therapy plan, outlining the procedures needed and the recommended timeline for completing them.
After you receive the therapy plan, we can arrange a call or continue the conversation by message to answer any questions you may have.
Once we agree on the treatment details, you will be offered the first available appointment, or you may choose a later date that better suits your schedule.
Upon your arrival at the clinic, an additional examination will be performed to ensure that the actual condition matches what we observed in the panoramic x-ray and the photos. In rare cases where discrepancies are found, we will propose alternative solutions — but no patient will be turned away, as every issue can be resolved.
As soon as the additional examination is completed, the procedure can begin!
