CONDITION – The patient had an aesthetic problem in both jaws, mostly because of short and undersized upper frontal teeth. This is even more accented when the patient is smiling, as there is also a condition called gummy smile. We decided to remove a portion of the bone and soft tissues, and also to make frontal crowns longer. When soft tissue has healed, non-metal crowns were made for both jaws.

TREATMENT DURATION – Five visits in two months.
CONDITION – Patient had a large number of missing teeth, as well as root infections. The remaining teeth were very worn out, but we managed do save a number of teeth and include them in the final work. Eight implants were placed in posterior regions. The patient also wished for teeth to be in a more forward position, so the smile would have a fuller look, in which we succeeded.
TREATMENT – Eight implants were placed in the first phase, followed by non-metal crowns after three months, both for implants and for natural teeth.

CONDITION – Loss of teeth in right lower jaw. The patient in dissatisfied with the current colour and shape of teeth, and wishes to have functional and aesthetically pleasing teeth. In the first phase, implants were placed on positions of missing teeth, while in the next phase non-metal crowns were made for all positions, both on the natural teeth and on implants.

TREATMENT DURATION – During the first stage, all the necessary implants were placed and temporary crowns fabricated. All this required that the patient comes three times in three days. Then, a three month interval followed as well as the crown fabrication in the second stage, which takes one day to finish. Then, a pause of minimum 10 follows after which the patient spends three days at our clinic to complete the procedure. On the first day, crowns are tried on, on the second, they are cemented and on the third there is a checkup.
