This warranty will cover for the replacement of any crown placed by our team. It is applicable in cases of major cracks appearing in ceramic crowns and bridges or in case of cracks within the construction of ceramic bridge.

The warranty does not include the option of changing the color or shape of dental crowns after the patient has approved the look of crowns during the final testing. Changing the shape of crowns is possible during the testing (if patient spots any inadequacies), but the change of color is possible only if he desires crowns to be more yellow and less white.

For this warranty to remain valid, the patient has to come to check-ups every six months and to send one orthopan image every year.

 

In case when patient losses an implant which was not under prosthetic load, the implant will be replaced with no cost if the condition of the jaw is still favorable in terms of quality and quantity of the bone.

In case when patient losses an implant which was under prosthetic load, while the crown is still under the five year warranty and the patient was coming regularly for check-ups, both the implant and the crown will be replaced free of charge, if the condition of the jaw is still favorable.

In case when patient losses an implant which was not under prosthetic load, but the warranty for the crown has expired, the patient will receive the new implant free of charge if the condition of the jaw is still favorable, and he will pay only 50% of the regular prices for the prosthetics.

If the jaw is in no condition to receive an implant in the same place, the bone will be strengthened by adding of artificial bone, or the treatment plan for the particular patient will change.
