The New Teeth in 3 Hours method involves implant placement in the morning, and just three hours later, new, non-removable teeth are delivered. The look and function of the new teeth are on par with natural teeth, both in terms of feel, speech, and taste.
This concept utilizes the ALL ON 4/ALL ON 6 technique, patented by the renowned Dr. Paulo Malo at the beginning of the century. The results achieved worldwide with this technique continue to amaze both doctors and patients.
Dr. Srđan Cvejanović is one of the leading experts in ALL ON 4/ALL ON 6 in our region, having perfected the technique under Dr. Malo himself. The ALL ON 4/ALL ON 6 concept has been successfully applied at Cvejanović Dental Clinic for over 10 years.

The ALL ON 4/ALL ON 6 concept allows new teeth to be provided on the same day, i.e., three hours after implant placement. Thanks to specially designed implants and the installation technique, the implants can be immediately loaded with non-removable teeth on implants. This technique involves placing implants at specific angles to utilize the stronger bone in the front regions of both jaws, ensuring better stability of the implants to support temporary teeth.
The ALL ON 4/ALL ON 6 procedure does not require lengthy and expensive bone grafting processes, such as the sinus lift procedure. This reduces the number of visits to the clinic, saving the patient both time and money. Most importantly, the period during which the patient is without teeth is only 3 hours!
Multiple surgical interventions (usually two or three) are the most challenging aspect for patients during implant placement. Our method involves only one surgical procedure, during which the remaining teeth are extracted, implants are placed, and new teeth on implants are installed, which are fixed and non-removable. Thanks to the quick delivery of the fixed temporary teeth, there is no tissue swelling, no pain, and patients can literally return to their normal lives with their new fixed teeth in just one day.
Placing teeth on implants is very simple, fast, and efficient. In 98% of cases, the implant will integrate into the bone and become a permanent part of the jaw, allowing six implants per jaw to easily support the new teeth. Even if an implant does not integrate into the jawbone, it does not compromise the stability of the entire structure, as it remains secure with five implants, and there is sufficient time to adjust the position or location of the problematic implant.
With the ALL ON 4 and ALL ON 6 procedures, even the most severe cases of bone deficiency can be resolved. Thanks to special techniques and the use of advanced implants, such as zygomatic implants, pterygoid implants, and nasal implants, it is possible to address the most difficult cases quickly and effectively! The procedure relies on using the strongest parts of the jaw to place the implants. There is no need for expensive, lengthy, and uncertain bone grafting procedures, and the solution is so stable that the temporary teeth can be worn for an extended period.
It is very important to explain that the ALL ON 4/ALL ON 6 procedure means that the patient DOES NOT wear removable plastic dentures at any stage of the process! The temporary teeth we use are plastic, but reinforced with titanium, and they are screwed in place so the patient CANNOT remove them. The permanent teeth are also screwed in and can be easily removed by the dentist when necessary. This is the key difference between our approach and treatments that use plastic dentures for the temporary phase and cemented ceramic bridges later, which cannot be removed.
We place implants from the Nobel Biocare group, specifically Alfa Bio implants. Thanks to the wide range offered by the Nobel group, we can use long implants, such as pterygoid, nasal, and zygomatic implants, which allow us to resolve 99% of cases encountered in practice, including the most difficult cases of jawbone loss.
The surgical procedure, including tooth extraction and implant placement, takes about one hour per jaw. Afterward, pre-made temporary bridges are attached, and everything is sent to the lab for final adjustments. If only one jaw is being treated, the temporary bridge is provided on the same day, within three hours! If both jaws are being treated, the temporary bridges are provided the next day.
The first step is creating the temporary bridges BEFORE the surgery so they are ready to be delivered immediately after the procedure.
On the day of the surgery, the patient arrives in the morning, and the entire procedure is completed with the delivery of the temporary teeth by around 3 p.m, if it’s a single jaw. A follow-up checkup is scheduled for the next day, after which the patient has no further obligations for several months while waiting for full integration of the implants, after which the temporary teeth will be replaced with permanent ones. If both jaws are being treated, the temporary fixed teeth are delivered the day after the implant placement.
From the moment of the online consultation or in-office visit, the patient will need to visit the clinic three times over 8-10 months to complete the process of receiving ceramic teeth. Each visit lasts 4-5 days, including arrival and departure. This does not mean the patient spends a large part of each day at the clinic, especially during the phase when the final teeth are delivered, as these appointments mostly involve brief fittings and adjustments.
The process is completely painless, as special surgical anesthesia is used. Thanks to the quick and efficient implant placement procedure and the fast delivery of the temporary teeth, there is absolutely no pain or swelling. After the surgical procedure, the patient is given painkillers at the clinic to ensure no pain arises later at home.
When the temporary teeth are screwed onto newly placed implants, the position of the teeth dictates how the soft tissue will shape and form around them. Since the temporary teeth are provided on the same day, the patient is still under the effect of surgical anesthesia, and the delivery is painless. If the temporary teeth are provided a few days later, as was previously done, the pain is much greater because the soft tissue swells, and patients found it very difficult to endure, even with anesthesia.
At the Cvejanović Clinic, the price does not depend on the number of implants, as the service is offered as a package, and the price reflects the entire package. Typically, the procedure includes six implants per jaw, with the temporary denture being secured to the front four implants, and the permanent ceramic denture to all six.
The package price PER JAW is €5000. In the first phase, which includes the extraction of remaining teeth, implant placement, and the creation of a temporary denture reinforced with titanium, the patient pays €3000 per jaw (a €500 deposit + €2500 on the day of surgery).
On average, three months later, the patient receives the final ceramic-titanium denture, which costs €2000 per jaw.
Yes, it is possible. The patient should visit the clinic every 6-12 months for adjustments to the temporary denture, as plastic is harder to maintain in the mouth than ceramic and is more prone to discoloration from food and drink. If the patient decides to wear the temporary denture for more than a year, it is advisable to create a new temporary denture after one year or more, with a cost of €500.
Since all surgeries at our clinic start early in the morning, the patient should have a light breakfast on the day of the procedure.
At the clinic, the patient will receive all necessary medications, including antibiotics, anti-swelling and pain relief medications, as well as mandatory sedatives, mouthwash for post-surgery care, and everything else needed for home care. There’s no need for the patient to obtain anything themselves. It is advisable for patients to increase their intake of vitamin C, vitamin D, and selenium 2-3 months before the procedure.
Of course, you can. It’s important to note that all of our procedures are performed under mandatory sedation using tablets. These tablets relax the patient but don’t induce deep sleep, which is why most of our patients prefer to sleep during the surgical procedure. In this case, we use intravenous sedation, administered by an anesthesiologist. The patient sleeps the entire time and later has no memory of the procedure. The additional cost for intravenous sedation with an anesthesiologist is €700.
Thanks to specialized implant techniques and the use of zygomatic, pterygoid, and nasal implants, we are able to address 99% of cases with poor bone quality and provide almost all of our patients with immediate fixed teeth.
Today, it is very rare for a condition to prevent implant placement. However, in cases of autoimmune diseases, organ transplants, or severe cancers, additional consultations with doctors are necessary to determine whether implant placement poses a risk to the patient.
A more common scenario involves heart patients, who can undergo implant placement with cardiologist consultation and, if necessary, adjustments to their treatment plan.
Smokers are not strictly contraindicated, but we strongly recommend quitting smoking, as it shortens the lifespan of implants. Diabetes is also not an issue if it is relatively well-controlled. For more severe cases, diabetes treatment must first be adjusted.
