Total toothlessness – Locator attachments overdenture

CONDITION – Complete toothlessness in both jaws, the patient wore full arch dentures.   

TREATMENT – Placing altogether 8 implants in both jaws and overdentures latched onto them.

PROCEDURE – 10 visits within 5 months.

CONDITION – Most of the teeth missing. The patient had complete plastic dentures. Remaining teeth had to be extracted.   

TREATMENT – Placement of eight implants, four per jaw. Attaching the implants to new dentures.
TREATMENT DURATION – Ten visits in five months.

TREATMENT – Placement of three implants in the upper jaw and four implants in the lower jaw, as the upper jaw couldn’t support four implants on regular positions. Insted, two implants were placed sideways and one centrally.
